The Cavemen – Weddings & Events in Inverness and Across the Highlands
The Cavemen are a versatile and energetic wedding and function band, perfect for weddings, birthdays, parties and community events across Inverness and the Highlands. Our diverse repertoire caters to all tastes, blending folk songs, upbeat covers, classic rock and even ceilidh sets to keep the dance floor full all night.
The full line-up features fiddle, keyboards, accordion, guitars, percussion and rich three-part vocal harmonies, creating a full, dynamic live sound. Performances can be tailored to suit any event and budget, with flexible line-ups available from a trio through to the full 5-piece band.

The band has a wide and varied repertoire spanning different styles, and the music can be tailored to suit the atmosphere you’re looking for. Throughout the evening, we can offer a mix of songs, or include options such as ceilidh dancing with calling, or more acoustic sets with traditional or jazz influences.
With plenty of experience, I’m always happy to help wedding couples plan key moments such as their first dance, and offer any advice.
Live Music for Every Occasion
Alongside weddings, we regularly perform at parties, community events, festivals and live venues in Ross-shire, Inverness and across the Highlands.

Weddings and Events
As a band, we’re particularly versatile and enjoy entertaining across a range of settings, from weddings and private events to live venues and festivals.
Some of our regular wedding venues include Loch Ness Country House Hotel, the Kingsmills Hotel and Bogbain Farm in Inverness.
Other stunning Highland venues we’ve played include Macallan Distillery, Achnagairn Castle, Tulloch Castle and Strathpeffer Pavilion. We have also performed at Belladrum Festival several times.
